Security & Integrity

• Interfere with the Service's operation (DDoS, etc.)
• Distribute malware or malicious links
• Scrape or harvest data from the Service

Commercial Use

• Sell or commercially exploit the game without permission
• Use the Service for advertising or spam
• Create competing games using our assets or code

Violation of these rules may result in temporary or permanent bans from the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Play Bomber game, including but not limited to its code, graphics, sounds, music, design, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our game code or assets
• Use our trademarks (Play Bomber name, logo) without permission
• Create derivative works based on our game
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices

Fan Content

We encourage fan content like gameplay videos, screenshots, fan art, and reviews! You may:

• Stream or record gameplay on platforms like YouTube, Twitch
• Share screenshots on social media
• Create fan art and share it non-commercially
• Write reviews, guides, and articles about the game

When sharing, please credit Play Bomber and link to playbomber.com when possible.

Trademark Acknowledgment

Play Bomber is an independent fan project inspired by classic bomb arcade games. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any original game creators or their current rights holders. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

5. User-Generated Content

If you submit content to Play Bomber (e.g., feedback, suggestions, bug reports, custom levels in the future), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

You represent that:

• You own or have rights to any content you submit
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your content complies with these Terms and applicable laws

We may remove any user content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable, at our sole discretion.

6. Donations and Support

Play Bomber is free to play. Donations through platforms like Ko-fi, Buy Me a Coffee, or Patreon are entirely voluntary and help support development.

Donation Terms

• Voluntary: Donations are gifts, not purchases. You receive no ownership or equity in return.
• Non-refundable: Donations are generally non-refundable. For issues, contact the respective platform.
• Perks: Any perks (e.g., supporter badges, early access) are provided as thanks, not contractual obligations.
• No guarantees: Donations do not guarantee specific features will be added.

Premium Features (Future)

If we introduce paid premium features in the future, additional terms will apply. Core gameplay will always remain free.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your local data, clear your browser's localStorage for playbomber.com.

By Us

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
